      well you have to be very careful when working with liquid Nitrogen as it has a temperature of around -196C and is cryogenic which means if you touch it it freezes your finger and then your finger can snap off (like frostbite). So we have to wear these big specialized gloves and eye protection when handling it. We use liquid nitrogen to store some of our adult worm samples because it stores cells so well.
