• Question: if you had to be animal, what would you be and why?

      hmmm difficult. At first I thought a bird just because I’d like to know what flying feels like and also you can travel wherever you want. Then I thought a sea turtle so I could visit coral reefs and swim all over. But then I thought about how I spent this morning cleaning up after my cats whilst they watched, lying on the sofa like sultans, then when I was getting ready to go to work, strolling up to me and demanding food and cuddles…I think a household cat may be the right answer.

      I think some kind of bat, though I’m not sure what species I would choose. They’re nocturnal (I’m not a morning person!), hibernate all winter and they can fly and ‘see’ in the dark. How much cooler could you get? Not sure if I fancy munching all those crunchy insects, though….

      A galapagos tortiose. I could just amble through the day and I’d live for a very long time doing it.
