• Question: so if i look behind me and its the past.....does that mean if i look infront of me its the future?

      I’m afraid not, isabelle! It’s not the direction we look in that makes the difference, but the distance. If you look far enough off into space, then the light has taken a long time to get to you, so you are looking at the past. Light is very fast, though, even when it’s not in a vacuum, so in every day life you pretty much see things as they are happening.

      No quite – you can “look forward” to a furture event though.

      I too commented on that past that Judith has linked above – technically everything we look at is from the past!
